Refund&Return Policy

Returns and exchanges require authorization. Unauthorized returns and exchanges may be returned to the sender. If you need to initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us.

We will accept items with authorized serial codes purchased from EPHIL STORE within 14 days of receipt. And we cannot reimburse return shipping costs and do not accept returns via COD.

Items for return or exchange must be in new condition with original packaging, we cannot accept products that have been installed or used.

Authorized return packages will be refunded within 7 working days after we receive the package.
